Matthew Adrian Urquiza

Dallas, TX ~~ Matt Adrian Urquiza passed peacefully on May 2, 2021 after a courageous year and a half battle with cancer. Born in Corpus Christi, TX On September 1, 1987, Matt lead his life as a warrior and never faltered with any challenge that came his way. As a husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, he loved with his whole heart and always put others needs before his own. Family was everything to him and marrying the love of his life was one of his biggest milestones that brought him happiness as well as the birth of his son. He is survived by his wife Jenny Urquiza, his son, Damien Matthew Urquiza, his parents Mike Urquiza Sr. and Martha Urquiza, his siblings Mike Urquiza Jr., Marc Urquiza, Deanna Amador, Kaylah Urquiza, and Joshua Urquiza. Nieces and Nephews, Andrew Gonzales, Julissa Urquiza, Lily Urquiza, Makayla Urquiza, Levi Amador, Kevin Edwards, and Marc Urquiza Jr. Matt will be remembered for his unfiltered sense of humor, his bright smile, his strength, determination and most importantly his love.
