Michael Edward Kunze

Michael Edward Kunze, 62 years old of Lucas, Texas passed away on 8/14/2025.
Born on 4/1/1963 he was a devoted husband to Tamara (London) and a loving
father to Steven and Joanna.

Michael was hard working and dedicated spending over 35 years at McMaster-
Carr Supply Company where he supervised multiple expansion and infrastructure projects.
At McMaster-Carr Michael's colleagues became life-long friends and most
importantly that is where he and Tamara met and started a family. Outside
of work he would spend hours researching all things technology. Studying
current trends in home automation and computers while at the same time
preparing to obtain his amateur Ham Radio license. He enjoyed time with
family and friends frequently using his sharp wit and Kunze sarcasm to
enliven any conversation. Above all he was passionate about being a
father sharing his love of history and chess with Steven and his love of
travel and nature with Joanna.

Michael was predeceased by his parents JoAnn Alice Brosseau and Charles
Gardner Kunze of Michigan, and his brother Gregory Paul Kunze. Additional
surviving family includes his siblings Charles Eric (Rick) Kunze, Susan
Elizabeth Dobbs, Kathryn Mary Anderson, Steven Thomas Kunze and Julie Ann
Kunze, twelve nieces and nephews and two cherished canine companions Lily
and Cynder.
