Mildred Louise Ryan

Mildred Louise Smith Ryan, 92, went home to the Lord on angel’s wings on April 30, 2013. Memorial service:  1 p.m., Saturday, May 4, 2013, University United Methodist Church, 2415 W. Berry St., Fort Worth, TX 76111. Reverend Beth Evers presiding.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Kids Hope, USA, Arborlawn United Methodist Church, 5001 Briarhaven, Fort Worth, TX 76109 Born July 22, 1920 to Louise Sanborn Smith and Clarence Bailey Smith in Everett, MA.  Married Harold Kimble Ryan Sr. in Boston, MA in1942.  Millie was an army wife who lived around the United States, Japan and Germany before making their home in El Paso,TX.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ryan, Sr. and son, Don Ryan.  She is survived by children, Harold & Laurie Ryan, Kathleen and Justin Kolas, James and Peggy Ryan and Daniel and Amanda Ryan,10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grand children. Millie adored her family and loved life.  She was loved by everyone who knew her for her kind heart, generosity, and her infectious sense of humor.
