Denton, TX — Nancy Kay Thompson May died peacefully on May 24, 2021 in Gainesville, TX. She was born on June 12, 1943 in San Angelo, TX. Predeceased by her son, Perry May, in 2015 and her granddaughter Marina Sams in 2019. Nancy is survived by her children David Sams, Darren Sams, and Jay Forrest Sams; her grandchildren, Derek Sams, Chelsea Sams, Geoff Sams, Indy Sams, John Sams, Dylan May, Andrew May, Cole May, and Chloe May; great-grandchildren, Lucia Sams, Benjamin Sams, Haiden Clark, Delilah May, and Ameila May. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will be held at Singing Oaks Church of Christ at 101 Cardinal Drive, Denton, TX 76209 at 10 AM on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
