Nellie L. Harris

Nellie L. Harris passed away at the age of 86, at Carrollton Regional Medical Center early morning October 20, 2023. She was preceded in death by husband, Bobbie L. Harris, daughter, Deborah McCreary and son, Danny L. Harris,  mother, Dora Jackson, father, Samuel Jackson and 5 brothers and a sister. She was the youngest of 7. She was survived by her son, Bobbie D. Harris and her daughter, Cynthia Compton; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Nellie’s family fondly called her “Meme”. She will be missed and always remembered. There will be a “Celebration of Life” for Nellie on her birthday, March 3, 2024.
