Patricia Ann (Welch) Zost

Hurst-Patricia Zost passed away Friday, December 31, 2021. Patty was born January 11, 1964 in Fort Worth, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Zost; her parents, W.T. and Mary Welch; and her brother Bill Welch. She is survived by three sisters, Charlotte, Marsha and Carla; and two brothers, James and Nick. She never had any children but she loved her seven nieces and nephews; nine great nieces and nephews; and 3 great-great nieces and nephews as if they were her own. Patty grew up and went to school in the H.E.B. area. She was funny, outgoing and full of life, always on the go and eager to be involved with others. She never met a stranger. Patty’s circle of friends was large and close-knit. She opened her heart and home to them and anyone in need. She was loved by so many who will continue to carry her in their hearts. Arrangements for a celebration of life will be made at a future date.
