Peggy Louise Hobbs Mitchell

BURLESON — Peggy Mitchell, 61, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home in Burleson. Interment: Everman Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.        Memorials: in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Missing Grace Foundation, Box 1625, Maple Grove, Minn. 55311.        Peggy was a devout Christian and loved gospel music. She enjoyed being outdoors and appreciated the beauty of God’s creation. Peggy was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.        She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Thomas L. Mitchell; her father, Wendell Hobbs; and grandson, Collin Jacob Miller.        Survivors: Mother, Hellen Hobbs; son, Wendell Mitchell and wife, Michele; daughters, Cheryl Herrera and husband, Santos, Rebecca Hausler and husband, Cliff, Kimberly Convery and husband, Kevin, and Shannon Miller and husband, Jason; brother, Lonnie Hobbs; sisters, Linda Sumpter, Patsy Hobbs, Gwenda Hobbs, Debra Hobbs Barrington and Pam Hobbs; 10 grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
