Peggy Thrasher

Peggy Barbara Thrasher Jan.1, 1939-Jan. 22, 2016 Peggy was born January 1, 1939 in Ft. Worth, Tex. to Horace Bennett & Angie May Lewis. She attended school in Ft. Worth where her dad was a Manager at Montgomery Ward. She and Billy Ray Thrasher were married in the home of Rev. R. L. Brown in Pleasant Grove on September 12th, 1958. They lived in Mount Calm before moving back to the home place in Pleasant Grove. Before she retired she owned and operated her day care center. Peggy is survived by her husband, two sons, David of Pleasant Grove and Dean of Minot North Dakota . One grand daughter Candice French, grandsons Jeremy & Joshua Thrasher, also 6 great grand children. One sister Linda Adams. She is proceeded in death by her parents , a brother Dale Joe Lewis and infant son John Bennett Thrasher. A Memorial Service will be held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Burial to be at Powers Chapel Cemetery.
