Peter Kirk Davis

Pete (Peter) Kirk Davis, age 68, passed away on February 2, 2026 in Denton, TX. He was born in Camden, New Jersey and lived in Illinois, California, but mostly Texas throughout his life.

He is survived by his three daughters, Jennifer, Kristina, and Patricia; three grandchildren, Mia Leilani, Ava Monee, and Wyatt Kirk; ex-wife Henrietta; siblings Scott and Kristin; and nieces and nephews, Andrew, Matthew, and Kallan. He was preceded in death by his brother, Craig; mother, Polly (Mary); and father, Woody (Elwood).Pete was never far from a guitar and was a forever fan of the Beatles. He collected small treasures - coins, rocks and gems from the places he visited, and music memorabilia. He loved Combos, Tastykakes, coffee, and waffles. And, while Pete struggled, the family is comforted that in the end, he left this world in a calmer time of life with this scripture taped to a mirror: "Yet I will rejoice in the Lord! I will be joyful in the God of my salvation."
