Fort Worth- Philip Mark Decker, 55, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his home in Fort Worth. Mark was a hard worker, a wonderful father and a loyal friend to many. He will be so very missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his Mother, Lowelle Sheldon, his Daughter, Kailey Garcia and his Grandson, Daniel Garcia. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 29th at 2pm at Grace Church, 4740 Western Center Blvd., Haltom City, Texas 76137
