Rickie “Lynn” Sawyer

Lynn Sawyer passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018. Service: 10:00 am Thursday, February 22, 2018 at DFW National Cemetery. Lynn  graduated in 1967 from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, Texas. She enjoyed caring for her pets. Lynn was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, David Sawyer, parents, Joseph Ira Dixon and Dorothy Pettigrew Dixon. Survivors: son, Brian Paul Sawyer ( Mitzi) of Decatur, Alabama, her dog, Mary, 3 grand dogs; Hadley, Puggles, Piper, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and a host of good friends. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local no kill animal shelter.
