Rixford Ellison Bristow

BURLSEON — Rixford Ellison Bristow, 85, of Burleson went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, Dec. 12, 2014. Service: 3 p.m. Monday at Boulevard Baptist Church. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Rixford was a loving a husband and father. He is once again watching over his family, this time in spirit. He will always be with us in our hearts. He loved large and the love was returned by all who knew him. His struggles and sickness are over, a new body has been provided. Rix was a member and tireless worker at Boulevard Baptist Church. Survivors: Wife of 60 years, Barbara; son, Richard Bristow and wife, Stacy; son, Lee Bristol; daughter, Marla Webber and husband, Rod; granddaughters, Laura, Jamie and Megan; grandsons, Jared and Matt, William and great-grandchildren, Kiley, Madelyn, Emma, Charlee and Ellison.
