Robert "Bob" Booker

CROWLEY – Robert “Bob” Booker, 78 passed away at his home, January 27, 2016 in Crowley. Graveside service: 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2016 at DFW National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016 at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home. Bob and his family have resided in Crowley for 46 years. He was a charter member of Crowley Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in the organization of the Crowley Youth Association. He coached many young men in baseball and football, of of those being Gary Reasons. He served in the U S Navy and was retired from AT&T. Survivors: wife, Shirley; son, Bobby and daughter Deborah and Rusty George; two granddaughters, Tiffany Cobb and Katelynn George; two adorable great-grandsons, Kaden and Kage Cobb; sister, Margaret Waller; brother, Don Booker.
