Robert Loewenstein

FORT WORTH — Robert "Bob" Loewenstein passed away Thursday Nov. 26, 2009.        Memorial service: 11 a.m. Monday at Calvary Church of Fort Worth, 700 McPherson Rd., Fort Worth.        Bob was born Sept. 9, 1947, in Leavenworth, Kan. He was resident of Fort Worth for 40 years. Bob worked in construction most of his life. He held a sixth-degree black belt in ketsugo gojo ryu karate with the title of renshi. He was a member of Calvary Church of Fort Worth. Bob loved his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.        He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Loewenstein, and sister, Maryann Kopp.        Survivors: Daughter, Nichole Tomastik; mother, Tina Loewenstein; brothers, Ernie and Mike Loewenstein; sister, Tina Marie Lopez; and grandchildren, Evan and Avery Tomastik.
