BURLESON — Ruth Elvington, 85, passed away Monday, April 27, 2009, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday in Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Survivors: Husband of 63 years, John W. Elvington; children, Brenda Randell, Tony Elvington and Teresa Little; brother, Caroll Hunt; sister, Lois Bowman; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Beck; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
