Samuel "Sammy" Allen Young

Samuel Allen Young 45 of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on June 5, 2025. Born on December 14, 1979, Sammy was known for his sweet and outgoing personality, and his humor. He had a profound ability to connect with elderly people and a deep love for animals from an early age, which led him to work at an animal rescue for several years.
Sammy is survived by his sister, Stephanie Owens and her husband Danny, nephew, Christopher Machalicek and wife Kayla; nieces Shelby Caskey and husband Johnathan, Katie Coulter, and husband Patrick, Emilie Goad and her husband Caleb; Several great-nieces and nephews; and Aunts Joni Kapavik and Peggy Humphrey, along with several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father John Young, mother Barbara Johnson, brother Michael Young, grandmothers Robbie Reese and Billie Young. Memorial services for Sammy are pending. Friends and family remember him as a dedicated individual who brought joy, kindness, and lots of love and laughter into the lives of those around him.
