Stephanie Noble passed away Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2016, in Mansfield. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, at Mayfield Kiser Chapel, Fort Worth. A second memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2892 Ragland Road, Mansfield.
