Thomas Alan Spears

Thomas A. Spears Sr., 55, of Haltom City passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, following a short illness. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Terrace Chapel, 1600 Texas St., Fort Worth, 817-338-2400. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association . (Click here to make online donations.) Tommy was a graduate of Southwest High School. He had a generous heart and loved to laugh and play jokes on family and friends. He was a loving husband, father, uncle and grandfather. Survivors: His longtime friend and love, B.J. Rodriguez; loving parents, George and Betty Spears; son, T.J. Spears and wife, Staci; daughter, Latisa Spears; sister, Cindy Edwards and family; and grandchildren, Jordan, Journey, Shawn and Damon.
