Thomas Edwin Brooks

FORT WORTH – Thomas E. Brooks, 61,passed away on March 25th.  Tommy was predeceased my his parents, Dr. James W. and Martha Brooks.  Tommy is survived by his two sons, Dylan and Donovan Brooks, his beautiful granddaughter, Audriana Brooks, the love of his life, Gloria Brooks and a host of other family and friends.  Memorial can be made to:  Community Hospice of Texas 6100 Western Place Suite 105, Fort Worth, TX 76107
