Fort Worth, TX – Tina Lewis died suddenly on April 16, 2019 in Dallas. She was born on April 27, 1972. Tina was predeceased by her mother Betty Greer, and brother Dale Doyle. Tina is survived by her boyfriend Patrick Burt; Children, Robin Tietjens, Chasity Jones, Nathalie Lewis and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
