Tommy was born on July 15, 1954, in San Antonio, Tx to Mary L Freeman and Tommy D Freeman Sr. He married Wilma Kay Freeman in Cleburne, Tx. Tommy worked Driving a Truck for 43 years on his downtime at home Tommy enjoyed Playing Guitar and going to Karaoke singing some George Strait. Tommy also liked working on cars back when he was younger. Tommy was also very big on Family time when home being able to see his wife and kids.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Wilma K, Freeman, Sister Denise Smith and Husband Larry Smith Sr of Cleburne Tx, Daughter Melissa Hoeger and Husband Preston Hoeger of Cleburne Tx, Son Tommy D Freeman III and Wife Terri Freeman of Circle MT, Son Dakota G Freeman and Wife Aliyah of Monona, WI, Son Jacob W Freeman and Wife Danielle Freeman of Waupun, WI, Daughter Mattie J Freeman of Brady Tx. Grandchildren, Patrick Hoeger and Wife Catie, Troy Foley, Linde Krosch and Husband Cameren, Tommy D Freeman IV and Wife Joelina, Jorge Freeman, Juliette Freeman, Henry Freeman, Robin Freeman, Bryce Freeman, Deliah Freeman, Micah Freeman. And one Great Granddaughter Oakley-Ann Krosch.

Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Tommy D Freeman Sr and Mary L Freeman, Brother Matthew C Freeman, Daughter Chandra Danielle Freeman.
