BURLESON — Tommy Joe Starks Jr. passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Wednesday at The Fountains Fellowship Church in Crowley located at 812 S. Crowley Rd. Crowley Texas 76036. Tommy was born June 22, 1962 in Glendale, Arizona. He served his country in the United States Army. Survivors: Parents, Tom Sr. and Peggy; brother, Robert Starks; sister, Leeann Clark; daughter, Brittany Starks; two grandchildren
