Troy Wayne Griffin

Troy Wayne Griffin, 73 years old, passed away peacefully at his home in Southlake, Texas with his family beside him on September 29, 2020. Troy was born November 26, 1946 in Salinas, California. At the age of 5, he and his family moved to Cleburne, Texas where he would grow up. Troy had a 28 year career in Management with Xerox Corporation and later moved on to work at Park Place Lexus before retiring. Troy was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather. He and his previous wife Nancy raised their family in Hurst, Tx. He spent the last 26 years with his cherished wife, BJ. He loved and lived for our Lord and his family. He enjoyed Dallas Cowboys football, spending his time with family and friends, cars, playing his guitar, singing and always enjoyed a friendly competition. Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Louella and Hubert Griffin, and his sister Laurie (Lodema) Jones. He leaves behind his wife BJ Griffin, daughter Tracy Huff and husband Ryan, granddaughter Rylee Huff, , step daughter Robin Radcliffe and husband Roy, step daughter Shannon Dailey and husband Jeff, brother Tom Griffin and wife Tina, sister Gina Polley, and several nieces, nephews and extended family. He was a great musician and friends and family will miss his beautiful voice and quick wit. There will be a small memorial for family at a later date as was Troy’s wish.
