Trudy Kaye Wood

Trudy Kaye Wood (Brown), born October 20, 1944, passed away May 17, 2021 at 76 years old after a brief illness. Trudy was born in Shamrock, Texas, graduated from Arlington High School in 1963, and worked at multiple businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and central Florida areas during her career. Trudy is survived by her son, Ross, daughter-in-law, Jennifer, and grandson, Luke. She is also survived by her sister, Karen Braeuinger, her brother, Joe Brown and his partner, Sandy, along with nieces and nephews. Trudy had a wonderful family of friends that gave her many adventures and lots of joy. She was beyond passionate about her Dallas Cowboys and had the tattoo to prove it! Preceding her in death is her son Michael, her parents Vernon and Kloe Brown, and brother Kerry Brown. The family would like to thank the medical staff at Huguley Hospital in Burleson for their compassionate care. A memorial service will be held this summer.
