Valeria Adell O'Neal

FORT WORTH — Valeria O’Neal passed away Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Rose Baptist Church, 2864 Mississippi Ave., Fort Worth. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Covenant Hospice or Baker Chapel Music Academy, 1050 E. Humbolt, Fort Worth, Texas 76104. Valeria Adele was born Sept. 15, 1929, in Brenham to John H. and Mabel McDermott Porter. She was preceded in death by husbands, George Stafford and Harrison O’Neal; her parents; and one brother. Survivors: Those she leaves to cherish her memory are daughter, Gwendolyn McWilliams (Marron); son, Claude O’Neal (Laurie); grandsons, Darnell Reese (Pamela) and Shane O’Neal; great-grandchildren, Jalen Marcellus Reese and Haley Danielle Reese; adopted daughter, Sharon Stafford Tisdell; and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
