Virginia Sue Weislogel

Virginia Sue Weislogel, age 77, of Crowley, Texas passed away on Sunday January 23rd, 2022 at Texas Huguley Hospital following a decline in health. Sue was born on October 31st,1944 to the late William Clark and Alta Elizabeth McCalla in Grove City, PA. After graduating from Lowellville, Ohio High School, Sue attended Youngstown State University. Sue dedicated her life to being a wonderful and loving mother to four children. She was a den mother for the Boy Scouts, a Softball Coach for her girls, had served on the PTA and the Band Boosters. In her younger years she enjoyed line dancing. She was also passionate about history, politics, and the love of animals, especially feral cats. She also worked in several administrative positions where she treasured the friendships she made. She is predeceased by her parents and older sister Betty Hull. She is survived by her four children, Scott Carnahan of Austintown, Ohio, Michael Carnahan of Girard, Pennsylvania, Kristen Weislogel of Crowley, Texas, and Heather Hill of Weatherford, Texas, sister Anne Davis of Williamsport, Maryland, and brother Bill McCalla of Boynton Beach, Florida, eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She requested no service be held and that her ashes be spread.
