Wanda Masters

Arlington, TX – Wanda Lou Masters, 75, died peacefully on October 29, 2021 in Arlington. She was born on March 16, 1946 in Hollis, OK to Lester (Bud) Castleman and Vena Smith Castleman. Wanda is survived by her children Michael (Deborah) Masters, Misty (Brandon) Hargiss and Marina Masters; her grandchildren Alexzandria Masters, Zachary Masters, Brenna Hargiss and Jackson Hargiss. Also surviving are Wanda’s sister Jeannie Singleton and brother Lester Castleman. Wanda was predeceased by her parents and a sister, Ramona Patterson. Wanda graduated from Arnett High School in 1964. She landed in the mortgage industry where she worked until she retired, making many valuable friends along the way. Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family, reading and loving on her cats. She never met a cat she didn’t love. Wanda will be missed greatly by her family and friends who loved her. She was a friend to everyone that met her and never had a cross word to say about anyone. She was an amazing mother to her children who knew nothing but love and kindness from her. She was the Mom everyone wanted. Our lives, and those of many others, are better because of her.
