FORT WORTH — William C. Lindsey, 69, passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, in Fort Worth.        Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Hallmark Baptist Church in Fort Worth. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mayfield Kiser Funeral Home.        Bill retired from LTV in 1999 with 30 years of service.        He was predeceased by his daughter, Theresa Downs, in 1992.        Survivors: Wife of 47 years, Elaine; sons, Mark and Michael; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and his dogs, Angel and Cane.
